You prefund your reward budget with Connect Reward, starting at $500 (Starter) or higher for Growth and Pro. Auto-reload tops up the balance when it gets low, so you set it and forget it. Reward fulfillment is drawn from your prefunded balance automatically — no per-redemption surprises.

**Can I cancel anytime?**
Yes. If you cancel, your reward balance is frozen for 90 days in case you reactivate. After 90 days of inactivity, the remaining balance is automatically refunded to your original payment method, less a small service fee.

**Is the rewards program visible to my customers?**
Yes. Customers get a branded dashboard where they can see their current points, current tier, achievements unlocked, progress toward the next tier, the leaderboard of top referrers, and the full rewards catalog. The customer experience is the core of the product.
